Given that certain old characters have seen fit to abuse their power imbalances that resulted from the old versions, I hereby announce a new policy :

1) Any character created before July 3rd, 2001 is hereby designated as old. Any character created after July 1st, 2001 is hereby designated as new.

2) Starting August 10th, 2001, any new character level 5 or higher that is attacked and killed by an old character may apply to the wizards for reimbursement, and the old character will be VAPORIZED.

3) If a new character attacks an old character, there will be no penalty and the old character has carte blanche to take the appropriate countermeasures.
