It rains in the Zooquarium. Perhaps the rooms should be given the "inside" sector type and possibly the "indoors" room flag? |

Zoos are outdoors, except for a few of the cages. Most cages are open but with a cave. |

That makes sense. I'm not sure how I got the idea that the Zooquarium was entirely indoors... |
