Well, that would explain why the parchment didn't seem to do anything. The close proximity of Tsaio, the appropriateness of the fact that he's an armor dealer, and the similarity of name threw me off.

In the PV arena...I'm guessing it's all like this....Ceiling is spelled wrong.
